General overview

After more than 150 years serving travellers in Puisaye, followed by a long period of closure, this former coaching inn came back to life in December 2021 with the opening of the restaurant by Chef Bruno Ortolé, who offers traditional Burgundian cuisine based on fresh local produce, complemented by delicious Creole specialities.
