  •     La Croix Blanche restaurant has been listed in the Guide du Routard 2024, Burgundy Edition, and by Le Petit Futé since 2022.


        Chef Bruno Ortolé is a regular guest on the radio station “Ici Auxerre” on programs such as “Le Mag Saveurs,” “Bienvenue Chez Vous,” and “Ici, c'est l'Yonne !”.
